Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use browser local storage, which works similarly but is not sent with every request — for example, to remember your sign-in session, theme, and selected workspace. In this policy, "cookies" refers to both.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies are set by third-party services we use, such as our payment providers, error-monitoring service, and — when you connect messaging channels — Meta platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger). These providers process data under their own privacy policies, and we only work with vendors bound by appropriate data protection agreements.

Browser settings — most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in and using the platform.
In-app preferences — theme and other preference data can be reset from your app settings.
