Terms of Service

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Workspace owners and admins control member roles, permissions, and data within their workspace, including inviting and removing members.
• You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use the services.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
• Free trials convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial unless you cancel or downgrade first.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Downgrading may result in loss of features or capacity.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle. Current plans are listed on our pricing page.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your workspace after reasonable notice.

You agree not to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages, or otherwise violate messaging platform policies (including Meta's WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger terms) or anti-spam laws;
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or content you lack rights to use;
• Probe, breach, or circumvent security or access controls, or interfere with the operation of the services;
• Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the services or use them to build a competing product;
• Use the services to violate the privacy or rights of others, including collecting personal data without a lawful basis.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with notice where practicable.

• You own your data. Content you or your team add to MrGeeksCRM (contacts, messages, documents, and so on) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the services.
• You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process the personal data you store in the platform, and for the accuracy and legality of that data.
• Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and GDPR page.

The services connect to third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes to their APIs, or actions they take against your accounts. Disconnecting an integration may limit related features.

Some features use artificial intelligence to draft replies, automate conversations, or summarise content. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete — review it before relying on it or sending it to your customers. You are responsible for messages sent from your workspace, including automated ones.

The services, including software, design, and branding, are owned by MrGeeksCRM and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, no licence is granted to you. Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or obligation.

We work to keep the services available and performant, but they are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice for material changes. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control may cause temporary interruptions.

• You may cancel your subscription or delete your workspace at any time from your billing settings.
• We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or non-payment, with notice where practicable.
• After termination, you may export your data for a limited period, after which it is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that they will meet your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MrGeeksCRM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You will indemnify and hold MrGeeksCRM harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the services in violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights — including messaging recipients' rights and platform policies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the "Last updated" date; for material changes we will give you advance notice by email or in-app. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and MrGeeksCRM regarding the services and supersede prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale.
